Every year, from Christmas week through week after New Year’s, we do something bold, maybe even a little controversial: we shut OMNIA down completely. No emails, no meetings, no last-minute campaigns. The lights go off, the doors close, and our team hits the pause button. This isn’t just about resets—it’s about living.
In a world where hustle culture gets the mic far too often, we’ve decided to take a different approach. We press pause to prove to ourselves—and to everyone watching—that we don’t just create a vibe, we live it.
A Sabbatical, OMNIA Style
This isn’t just a week off. It’s a full reset, a sacred space where we challenge ourselves to go beyond the grind. During this time, we ask one question:
“Are you really living?”
Living isn’t just surviving deadlines or showing up to your to-do list. It’s leaning into those moments that light your soul on fire. And this year, our team didn’t just rest; we made some major moves:
• 🏆 Awards were won. Yep, the grind paid off, and the team brought home some hardware to prove it.
• 💍 Engagements happened. Love is in the air (and on the gram).
• 🎨 New hobbies were born. From needle point to guitars, we leaned into creativity in ways that didn’t come with a deadline.
• ✈️ Trips “back home.” Because sometimes, the only perspective you need is from sitting on your mom’s couch with a cup of tea.
• 🗺️ Adventures with old friends. From hiking trails with your childhood friend and letting the child-s become friends with your own kids, to city lights, we lived the stories worth telling later.
• 🖤 Rest and reflection. Because slowing down is the only way to hear what your soul has been trying to tell you. Quiet the mind, become the creative.
New Year, New Perspective
The magic of this sabbatical isn’t just in the memories made. It’s in the clarity we find when we come back. With every award, engagement, plane ticket, and quiet moment, we’re reminded of why we do this. This pause isn’t a break from the work—it’s an investment in it.
